I’d be interested in any models that accurately model a physical copper switch, which would include sparking when the switch is opened in series with an inductive load.
Similarly, any models of spark gaps.
I’m working on a spark gap model now, hopefully it will evolve into a subcircuit and be useful.
I want to be able to set up firing voltage, leakage, and capacitance at a minimum.
The simple switch models don’t deal with the energy that is dissipated in the arcing that occurs in real world loads.
