SPICE Simulation Model of Meminductor

Description

The meminductor as memristor and memcapacitor can be useful not only for non-volatile memory applications. These components are able to store information in a continuous fashion, they can acquire respectively a continuos set of inductance, resistance , capacitance values within certain bounds, so they can store analog information and can be useful even for analog circuits. This simulation models the hysteresis effects in the flux-current curves when meminductor is driven by a sinusoidal current.
