I want to design cmos LNA in awr and pspice. But I cant find the cmos library. How can ı get the cmos library? please help.
in AWR, in the Element Browser, expand the Libraries category, you should find the CMOS subgroup, then you can choose the nmos, pmos elements and place them in the schematic.
