i would like to know if there is any way that i can use to convert Spice model to Simulink model
you can’t convert the spice models into “simulink models”, what you can do is use the spice models inside the simulink platform with a Simulink-SPICE interface (all ones I know are commercial) that let you co-simulate mechanical, electrical, electronics mixed systems.
