altium designer 13.5 mixed circuit simulation vs Orcad 16.6 mixed signal AD simulation in dc and ac circuits could anyone give me idea on which they think is better in that department i would really greatful i am sort of basing on a standard common emitter amplifier with 4 resistors i know orcad can show the dc voltages of the circuit over the resistors

OrCAD PSpice has a lot of SPICE models and actually, has become a de facto standard in the SPICE simulation, on the other hand, in my opinion Altium Designer has been always ahead in the PCB and 3D design. I don’t know if Cadence filled this gap in the last version. To cut it short, if you’re more interested in the SPICE simulation choose OrCAD, if you are more interested instead in the PCB design you should opt for Altium.
