power supply to microcontroller through energy harvesting

Hi,

I want to test the energy harvesting by vibration and give it as input to the wireless sensor node. First I am thinking to simulate it, how can I simulate using LTSpice?

Hello jaganmohan,

you can use a piezoelectric element as energy harvesting source, below a piezoelectric energy harvesting circuit by Linear Technology, they use an AC 200uA sine current to model the piezo source.To simulate this circuit simply run LTspice, select the component 3588-1 or 3588-2, place and right click on it, select  “Open this macromodel’s test fixture”.
