hi guys
im working on an RF amplifier, after a given circuit

although, this one works up until 3MHz, but i need it to work up to 30MHz
also, the FET and the BJTs are quite old, need newer parts anyways.
can you help me to find newer FET/BJTs which work faster and have extremely low capacities?
the problem is, i found quite a few alternatives, though, none of them can be found as a LTspice library part, which is a no go for me.
