OrCAD PSpice has a lot of SPICE models and actually, has become a de facto standard in the SPICE simulation, on the other hand, in my opinion Altium Designer has been always ahead in the PCB and 3D design. I don’t know if Cadence filled this gap in the last version. To cut it short, if you’re more interested in the SPICE simulation choose OrCAD, if you are more interested instead in the PCB design you should opt for Altium.
