SPICE simulation of a 3 stage amplifiers whose output stage has a single slope circuit protection. The project explains how to size the resistors for a predeterminated amperage.This is particularly useful to avoid the secondary breakdown of transistors and respect SOA (Safe Operating Area) recommendations.

yes, you find the the .opj file for PSpice OrCAD Capture compatible with version 9.2 and above, for 9.2+ version you must first convert the file following the procedure of your version of OrCAD

yes, indeed. my nerves got me there, but the files are there. it runs excellent.! the explanation is amazing. i still have some “questions” in terms of circuit design but ill try to figure them out. Great project!
