Description
6 Led matrix 16×16 implement a led Display that shows a text moving from right to left. the circuit uses a microcontroller 16F84A, 2 74LS138 3-to-8-line decoders, and 12 high speed CMOS 8 bit SIPO shift register 74HCT164, with serial data entry and an output from each of the eight stages.
