SPICE simulation of a charge regulator between the battery and the photovoltaic panel that controls the charging of battery, disconnecting the battery when reaches 14V (the photovoltai panel is shortcircuited) and then reconnecting the panel when the voltage drops below 12V. There are two trimmer to adjust the two voltage.
