SPICE modeling of VCO with MC12148

Description

SPICE simulation of a Voltage Controlled Oscillator that requires an external L-C tank circuit to fix the oscillation frequency. A varactor diode may be used into the tank circuit to provide a voltage variable input for the oscillator. This device is designed for PLL and for applications where a variable frequency clock of high spectral purity is required
