An InGaAS (indium gallium arsenide) photodiode G8376-03, works as a high-speed and low noise detector providing the input signal current to a transimpedance amplifier that converts it to a voltage output. The amplifier, with a bandwidth of 100 Mhz, is based on a high- speed JFET- input op amp OPA657.
