Feedback controller of back boost converter

I would to design and simulate PID controller  by using Arduino and simulate it by using Proteus.

the input back boost converter is vary from 8 – 16. the output voltage sould be constant 12 v. 

Any one can help give me example to control feedback voltage by using Arduino with Proteus?
