Long tailed pair Tune Preamplifiers

How to design a Long Tailed Pair configuration with two identical common cathode triodes, in this case two 12AX7. The focus of design is on the CMRR (Common-Mode Rejection Ratio) and the PSRR (Power Supply Rejection Ratio) that has a very high value in this configuration, estimated at about 60dB.
