Half-/Full-bridge N-channel power MOSFET drivers

Description

The LT1160 top driver can drive the N-channel power MOSFETs operating off a high voltage rail of up to 60V. The adaptive protection against shoot-through currents eliminates matching requirements for the two MOSFETs. the LT1162 is the dual version suitable for full bridge motor control.
