TPS40195 Synchronous Buck Converter

Description

SPICE simulation of a buck converter, 12V input 3.3V output, output current up to 20A. This controller drives two pairs of IRF7821 and IRF7832, and implements a voltage mode control with switching frequency of 300khz, adjustable to 250khz or 500khz. Spice simulation of transient and average model.
