    Hi,

add the file redled.lib in the directory c:spice8pr

run SpiceNet, from “File” menu select Update Part Database…

you should receive the message with no errors

from “Parts” menu select Parts Browser…

you should see the component REDLED under Diodes Part Type

click on “Place” to use the component

below a simple example. The voltage drop is about 1.8V and the current about 20mA.

    Hello jaganmohan,

you can use a piezoelectric element as energy harvesting source, below a piezoelectric energy harvesting circuit by Linear Technology, they use an AC 200uA sine current to model the piezo source. To simulate this circuit simply run LTspice, select the component 3588-1 or 3588-2, place and right click on it, select  “Open this macromodel’s test fixture”.

    Bye

You’re right, I thought you were referring to the AND gate as tristate. I’ve found in the site this Phase frequency detector by Jacob Baker to which I added a CMOS tri state.hope it’s useful for you. About the configuration with the AND gate can you give me a reference?
By the way, I can’t open the PSpice file, what version is it?

    Bye

are you sure that you have the tri-state LTspice model? the symbol appears to refer to an AND model.
if the logic of the circuit is wrong I’m not surprised that you get a convergence error.

    Hi Raphael,

    can you upload the example?

    hello,

you can replace the LED with a diode, or import into ICAP/4 a model like this

    .MODEL RED_LED D (IS=5.55f RS=2.2975 N=2.33 BV=4 IBV=10U CJO=2.97P VJ=.75 M=.333 TT=4.32U)

    Hi,
if you’ re a newbie in spice simulation I suggest you to begin with LTspice, it’s free and easy to use
you can learn how getting started here.
I’ve attached two basic SCR LTspice examples, an half wave and full wave rectifier.
