Let’s fix the values found and then look at the datasheet chart that shows output conductance gos as a function of drain current Id:

and let’s report pairs of derived values in the second table in order to extract LAMBDA value:

Insert the pair of values in the third table available on PSpice Model Editor and interpolate the curve:

now we fill the table with pair of values to get CGD, PB and M:
